FLAT DR. KEVIN’S SUMMER TRAVEL CONTEST
Let Flat Dr. Kevin tag along with you this summer and you could be a winner! Here’s how to enter: Take a picture of yourself with Flat Dr. Kevin on your travels this summer and post it on our Facebook page or email it to: carrie@jarrellortho.com. Make sure you tell us where you are in the photo!
The contest will run through August 4.
You may enter multiple photos but photos must be taken in different locations.

3rd Place: Farthest Traveled
Prize: Digital Camera
2nd Place: Highest Ranked photo based on Facebook likes (you can “rock” this vote by having friends like your picture on FB!) Prize: $100 VISA Gift Card
1st Place: Most Creative
Prize: Your Choice of a Party for 10 at Sky Zone or an iPad Mini
